Account Settings

Yes, SkipQ requires you to create an account either by providing an email address or a phone number.

By creating an account, you can save your information for future orders/purchases, creating the experience of a faster checkout. As a registered member of the SkipQ family, you’ll be the first to learn about new airport/service launches, promotional offers and discounts offered by SkipQ. Another perk is SkipCoins, a reward loyalty program for members only.

Once you download the app, you will see an option to “Sign Up”. Tap on “Sign Up” and follow the directions.

Payment information: SkipQ does not store your payment information. We process your payment through a secured payment gateway.

Email information: SkipQ uses your email address to communicate with you, this includes sending invoices to personalized offers and promotions. SkipQ does not sell your email.

Flight information: SkipQ uses your flight information to provide you with real-time flight updates. This is an optional tool to make a more robust travel experience.

You can turn notifications on/off through “Account Settings” under “My Account”. SkipQ strongly recommends keeping the notifications setting “on,” as it will provide you with all relevant updates regarding your orders.

Yes, you’ll receive a personalized notification via our SkipQ app.
