You can place an order before your departure and while you’re at the airport. (Please refer to the specific service category in our app.)

No. There is no minimum/maximum order amount.

Unfortunately, you cannot change an order once it is placed. You will have to cancel the incorrect order and place a new one. (Please refer to the cancellation policy of the specific service category.)

Unfortunately, you cannot add anything additional once an order is placed. You’ll have to place a new order for the additional item.

SkipQ needs your flight information so that we can send you real-time flight updates in case of re-scheduling/cancellation.

We accept all the major credit/debit cards and are currently working on adding different payment methods.

Unfortunately, SkipQ does not accept cash as a mode of payment.

You can redeem the discount code at the time of checkout. There is a “Add a Promo Code” option, where you can update the discount code. You can only use one code per transaction.
